HiShorts Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the HiShorts app ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by HIYESNO AI PTE. LTD. ("we", "us").

2. The Service

HiShorts streams short-form drama series. Titles, episodes and languages available may change or be removed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular title will remain available.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest. You may also sign in with Apple or Google to link your viewing progress to an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time from Me → Delete account; deletion is permanent.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. Some content may be intended for mature audiences.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, record, download, redistribute, publicly perform or commercially exploit any content; not to bypass playback, geographic or access controls; not to reverse engineer the app; and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content, artwork, subtitles, trademarks and software in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to them except the limited right to watch content through the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
